What legal basis do we have for processing personal data

We mainly rely on two legal grounds: your consent, and the performance of the User Agreement (Terms of Use) between you and Glinkin Holistic Sport Center. There is a certain amount of information that we ought to collect and store to comply with our legal obligations under applicable law; for any other information, we will additionally ask you for your consent to have and use it. What data we collect

In this part we discuss the information that is collected from you. User — an individual or legal entity that has access to, or uses, the Site.

Data we collect from our Users. We may collect such data as:

Registration information: to become a user of our services you need to buy one of our services. When you buy a service, you will be asked to provide certain basic information, such as your name, email address and phone number.

Why do we need User's data

• To conclude and execute the agreement between the Users and Glinkin Holistic Sport Center on the use of the Site (User Agreement / Terms of Use);

• To communicate with Users, also to provide information on Users' requests;

How do we store your data

Glinkin Holistic Sport Center securely stores personal data at our data center located in Germany.

We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, including for the performance of the User Agreement, provision of the Services, compliance with legal, accounting, and tax obligations, and for the establishment, exercise, or defence of legal claims.

Unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by applicable law, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within a reasonable period after the expiry of the statutory retention periods applicable to us, and in any event no later than three (3) years after the termination of our contractual relationship with you, unless you have separately consented to further processing.

You may request deletion of your personal data at any time; however, such request will be subject to our legal obligations to retain certain data under applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates and, where applicable, the European Union.

What are your data protection rights

Our Users have certain rights regarding data protection:

• You can ask us to correct your information.
• You have a right to have your data erased.
• You can restrict us from processing your data.
• You have a right to object to our processing of your data.
• You have a right to request a transfer of your data.

The right to withdraw consent — You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal. What about security of data

We do our best to ensure your security, but remember that no system is 100% secure. Where a personal data breach is likely to result in a high risk to your rights and freedoms, we will contact you without undue delay. In accordance with the PDPL and, where applicable, the GDPR, we will notify the UAE Data Office and/or the competent supervisory authority within 72 (seventy-two) hours of becoming aware of a personal data breach, where required by applicable law. We use appropriate technologies to ensure a high level of security and work only with professionals when we need to safely store your data.

What about marketing

Glinkin Holistic Sport Center would like to send you information about products and services of ours that we think you might like. If you have agreed to receive marketing, you may always opt out at a later date. You have the right at any time to stop Glinkin Holistic Sport Center from contacting you for marketing purposes.

Protection from data loss

Glinkin Holistic Sport Center stores data and ensures its protection from unauthorized access and distribution in accordance with internal rules and regulations.
